Texas T-Bone Steakhouse in Grand Island

Food was great service was good very clean nice atmosphere love the new location

My husband and I were traveling through and thought we would have a nice steak. Sunday afternoon and the place was not busy at all, it took several minutes to be seated at a table only to be seated at a booth in the corner of the restaurant where four other families were crammed into....while all the others tables and whole other side of the restaurant was completely empty. In a time of practicing social distance as it states on their door why would they pile everyone into one corner? We were accommodated to a booth further away only to have the very next patrons sat next to us. Finally ordered and got our salads (which were terrible) and had to ask for out bread. Ordered medium rare steaks only to wait half an hour to well done steaks. If you are going to charge that price for your steak at least get the cook right. Needles to say we paid for the salad and a coke and drove down the road for some Wendy's. Our server was a nice girl tho. What a waste of time.

Excellent ribeye steak with wedge fries and steamed vegetables... Excellent service, very friendly..

I'll definitely be back. I ordered the 18oz T-bone only to be told that they were fresh out of them and that I could get either the 15oz ribeye or the 8 oz sirloin. Either way would have been fine with me but when they said they would give me a Porter house for the same price I was excited. However I wasn't expecting it to be so big that I'd have to get a to go box for it.

Slightly pricey but still on the lower side of steakhouses I think. The rolls tho. If you go here try the rolls and butter they serve. I absolutely can't stand cinnamon but that butter somehow is perfect

I had a wonderful experience here! Would definitely recommend it price was decent and food was amazing. I loved our waitress she was on top of everything so nice and friendly. The atmosphere was very laid back and enjoyable loved throwing peanuts on the floor.

A failed attempt at coping Texas roadhouse. Staff is not friendly and all seem miserable. After you are seated be prepared to wait awhile before you are greeted. After you are greeted you could get your drinks in a good time or it may take 10 minutes. Then you get to the menu. It has what you would expect which is fine until you see their prices. Apparently they cut their own meat but they freeze the steaks according to a few servers. You can go to roadhouse to get better quality meat and a cheaper price.

Awesome place to get stakes!!! And very spacious with a great atmosphere so talking is easy

Food was good. Salad and potato soup were really good. My kids like the kids menu selections.

Ate at the previous location for years.Prepare to be disappointed in the steaks if you raise your own. $70 for a meal for 2 I expect a good steak not a golden corral steak. They forgot our mushrooms, forgot our salads, brought out the wrongs ones but were kind enough to bring the correct ones after we finished our shoe leather. All in all very unsatisfied will go elsewhere next visit to GI.

For me, NEVER a disappointing visit! The prices have went up some, but the portions are HUGE! I'm pretty sure my 15 oz. Sirloin was BIGGER than that! And the atmosphere is much better than that "other" Texas steakhouse across town.

The steak knives are incredibly dull.The steaks are very buttery. I preferred the rib-eye to the other selections. Quality service.

Do not have your steak blacken they don't have the seasoning and still charge me for the steak. They said they weren't capable of making it this way. This is not a steak house but a joke. Bake beans tasted like candy to much brown sugar. And my steak was tough. Good luck with this high price service Texas road house is better

Food was good, service was good, the cost for that amount of fish in the catfish dinner is way off. $19 for 1 piece of fish is not cool.

Had to send the appetizer back because it was frozen in the middle. Came back missing some... Traditional wings are soggy, ribs and two meat platter... Two meats were questionable at best. The beans were basically a fake smoke flavored sauce over Van de kamp's. Too hungry to turn it back paid for it and left . Server was awesome.

Overall the food is always great. Outstanding apps and the huge salad is fantastic. Steaks are always cooked perfect and taste amazing. Doesnt get 5 stars only because the service is hit and miss. Some of the servers are quite good and some are very slow.

Delicious. At first my steak was overdone. They replaced it- no hassle. The second one was perfect! Everyone else in our party's was excellent!

Was told of this place by someone from Grand Island. So glad they did as I wouldn’t have known of its existence. Steak was cooked perfectly, tender and delicious. The salads are huge. Only comes with one side but trust me it’s more than enough food you will be walking out with a to go box. Didn’t care for the rolls/cinnamon butter. Prices are decent.

Prices are way to high after moving to the new location. I will not go back!

A little pricey but they have the best steaks in town. The drawback is that the salad almost fills you up.

The new renovation is very nice and welcoming. The food was great and served fast. Even the bathrooms were spotless. 10/10 would recommend.

Best restaurant in town. This was the first Texas steakhouse I’ve ever been to. My experience was really amazing. The service was really nice. And the steak was really well done. I didn’t know you could throw the peanut trash on the floor that’s really neat

They have delicious steaks. Mine was cooked perfectly!

Jack Daniels sauce was not cooked properly. You could smell the booze. Manager came up to check on us. When I told him the sauce was bad he didn’t offer to fix it or bring something different. Don’t ask customers about the food and then do nothing to fix it! Absurd!

I had the 10 piece shrimp meal, mashed potatoes and gravy, and lettuce salad! It was all very delicious! Was alot of food! Come hungry!

I like their food, but they are SO SLOW getting your food. The hostesses are always nice, most of the time the servers are decent, but they always leave dirty plates on our table and rarely refill our glasses unless asked.

Excellent Restaurant steaks were fantastic will definitely go back Staff was Very accommodating, heading home to Minnesota. Great place! Was there in 2018 please open one in Minnesota.

The food here is always amazing and the staff are top notch! Tonight we called in to see if we could still stop if we wouldn’t be passing through until a half hour before closing and they were so kind and welcoming! When we arrived they were ready for us and were nothing short of phenomenal! As usual, the food was genuinely scrumptious! Best steaks in the USA! To top off this wonderful experience, we were tended to by two of the most wonderful young women and later checked on by the manager who was equally amazing. Well done Grand Island Texas T-Bone!! We will be back and I would encourage anyone who loves steak, to go try them out!!!

My food was great, but my friends steak had to be recooked twice. There steaks are delicious when done correctly! Definitely give it a chance!

Sitting here with two other tables and servers just stare at us, but won’t come greet us or give us menus to order. Has usually been good food, but not worth the 30 minute wait when nobody is here eating.
